Dr. Chouraeshkenazi is an award-winning scholar, best-selling author, professor, clinical neuropsychometrician, and professional speaker. A proud GWOT combat veteran, she served 13 years in the U.S. Air Force, holding senior intelligence and security roles.

In 2014, she founded MD Educational Consulting, later rebranded as The Chouraeshkenazi Group, with a focus on mental healthcare, medicine, research, and education. With over 20 years in national security, she now integrates forensic neuropsychopathology with security expertise.

She is a Professor of Psychology at American Public University System and an Affiliate Professor at Tiffin University. Dr. Chouraeshkenazi completed APA-accredited clinical psychology internships and fellowships, specializing in neuropsychological assessment and therapy, including work with veterans and diverse populations. She has conducted over 200 neuropsychological test batteries under the supervision of Dr. Hemini Naik, contributing to the diagnosis and treatment planning process.

LA is a HIPAA-certified Medical Administrative Assistant with over four years of comprehensive experience in U.S. healthcare support, including expertise across mental health, dental, and insurance domains. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Laguna State Polytechnic University, she applies her analytical and investigative training to deliver meticulous administrative support, navigate complex healthcare systems, and provide thoughtful, client-focused service across medical and dental billing, insurance coordination, and healthcare administration.

LA has supported diverse healthcare operations, including her recent work with Sandbox Family Services—a high-volume mental health practice—where she efficiently matched clients with therapists, managed complex schedules across multiple time zones, and maintained accurate, confidential patient records. Her strong command of healthcare platforms encompasses billing systems, insurance verification portals, and co-pay collection processes, ensuring seamless coordination and minimizing claim errors.

Before focusing on behavioral health, Louise served as a dental biller and a healthcare representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield, where she developed expertise in claims processing, policy coordination, and patient education. Her cross-functional proficiency in EHR platforms, insurance databases, and secure communication tools underscores her commitment to operational excellence and compliance. Known for her professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, Louise is a valuable asset to any healthcare team, particularly in environments that require discretion, accuracy, and compassionate service.
